Joining <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jakebugg\">JAKE BUGG<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Dog_Is_Dead\">DOG IS DEAD<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sixbyseven\">SIX BY SEVEN<\/a><\/strong> who are already booked on other stages. #NottsTakingOverTheFarm<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SaintRaymondMusic?fref=ts\">SAINT RAYMOND<\/a><\/strong> not only (unofficially) established himself as Zane Lowe&#8217;s favourite new artist with about a gizillion plays on Zane&#8217;s show but went Top 25 on the MAIN iTunes album chart, and he&#8217;s not even put an album out! Oh and breaking news &#8211; he is Jose Mourinho&#8217;s fave Notts artist! Big two weeks for SR.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe nicest man in showbiz <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/JoelBakerMusic\">JOEL BAKER<\/a><\/strong> not only received his first <strong><a href=\"www.bbc.co.uk\/radio1\">Radio One<\/a><\/strong> Play, but was made Huw Stephens track of the week.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThat was last week, this week <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Spotlightkidsound\">SPOTLIGHT KID<\/a><\/strong> became the second Notts act in a row to get the HS track of the week love!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNot to be outdone <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/JoelBakerMusic\">JOEL<\/a><\/strong> tonight secured his first ever Zane Lowe play, a &#8216;fantastic singer-songwriter&#8217; he called him!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe aforementioned <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/adysuleiman\">ADY SULEIMAN<\/a><\/strong> secured his first slot on the<strong> <a href=\"www.bbc.co.uk\/1xtra\">BBC 1Xtra<\/a> <\/strong>playlist, the BBC Introducing slot.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ohronikagirl?fref=ts\">RONIKA<\/a> <\/strong>was commissioned to do her first mix for<strong> Radio One<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLegendary Nottingham label <strong><a href=\"www.gringorecords.com\">GRINGO<\/a><\/strong> secured some national media love in <strong><a href=\"www.guardian.co.uk\">The Guardian<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe &#8216;#R1ChampionSound&#8217; last week  ( chosen by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/monki_dj\u200e\">@monki_dj<\/a><\/strong> ) was none other than a certain <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/liambaileymusic?fref=ts\">LIAM BAILEY<\/a><\/strong>, together with <strong>ShyFX<\/strong> with a track called &#8216;<em>Soon Come<\/em>&#8216;.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"fists.bandcamp.com\">FISTS<\/a><\/strong> secured some national radio love from<strong> BBC Six Music <\/strong>and also from John Kennedy on <strong><a href=\"www.xfm.co.uk\">XFM<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAfter Prince Harry&#8217;s visit we&#8217;re aware of some more Royal Notts Music news, coming very soon but we can&#8217;t share it yet&#8230;<br \/>\n<br \/>\n#SpreadTheLove<br \/>\n<br \/>\nx<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>STOP PRESS 12:30 Friday 7th June<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nSo that royal news&#8230;  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/indianathegirl?fref=ts\">INDIANA<\/a> playing for the Queen on national radio and tv this morning! #Wowzer<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The latest good vibes\/ success headlines from the Nottingham music scene (that we know of), please drop us a line if we\u2019ve missed anything significant (our definition of significant is something of national relevance) \u2013 nusic@leftlion.co.uk .
