\nMake Monday<\/strong> night the new Friday & head on down to the Brewdog<\/a><\/strong> for WAITT Unsigned\u2019s debut Acoustic Night<\/a>.<\/strong>

\nSIAN ALEXANDRA<\/a><\/strong>
\nA girl you\u2019ll recognise from OPIE DEINO<\/a><\/strong>, the lovely SIAN ALEXANDRA<\/a><\/strong> is going solo. This fiery songstress will have the audience hanging off every word with her gorgeous vocals and honest narrative. Catch her Future Session HERE<\/a>. <\/strong>

\nTHE GORGEOUS CHANS<\/a><\/strong>
\nThey\u2019re reigning champs of FSN<\/a><\/strong>, they smashed the Splendour Main Stage & THE GORGEOUS CHANS<\/a><\/strong> are still going strong. Expect lots of dancing, clapping and probably around 64 members. See the review of their set at Splendour yesterday HERE<\/a>. <\/strong>

\nJOSH WHEATLEY<\/a><\/strong>
\nSpread the Love extraordinaire JOSH WHEATLEY<\/a><\/strong> is next on the bill. Mellow vocals, rich melodies and a certain sweetness, you can probably find Josh busking around the city centre too. Lovely stuff.

\nANWYN WILLIAMS<\/a><\/strong>
\nTopping off the lineup is the ever lovely ANWYN WILLIAMS<\/a><\/strong>. Her elegant songwriting is topped off by sugary sweet vocals that are completely enchanting live. Prepare to be captivated.

\nGIG TWO<\/strong>
\n
\nWith proceeds going towards Help for Heroes<\/a>, Deerstock 2013<\/a><\/strong> is a truly special event. Taking place over the 26th to the 28th, the 3 day festival at the Reindeer Inn<\/strong>, East Bridgford boasts some incredible local talent. They’ve gone all out this year to even facilitate camping – Glasto Shmasto, it’s all about Deerstock!
\n
\nWith over 30 acts packed onto 2 stages, it’s going to be on helluva experience. With acts such as Folk Force FEROCIOUS DOG<\/a><\/strong>, Noir Wave masters IN ISOLATION<\/strong><\/a> & the multi-facet Alt Rockers THE AMBER HERD<\/a><\/strong> all confirmed for the bill, as well as love spreaders 2012 IN THE NORTH WOOD<\/a><\/strong>, World Poppers THE GORGEOUS CHANS<\/a><\/strong> (Do they ever stop gigging?!) and the lovely SAM BEETON BAND<\/a><\/strong> this really is going to be a Notts music extravaganza. Tickets are \u00a327, but with such a great cause in mind & an awesome lineup, it will be worth every penny.

\nThe biggest, best, most bad-ass benefit returns for 2013! The Waterfront festival is back, brought to you by our palz over at I’m Not From London<\/a>, <\/strong>Leftlion<\/a>, Audacious Face<\/a>, The Maze<\/a> & Castle Rock Brewery<\/a><\/strong>. With all profits going to two amazing causes and over 40 incredible local acts, this is a night you really don\u2019t want to miss. And why would you? Taking place this Saturday<\/strong> & only \u00a35, you really are going to struggle to find an excuse not to be there.

\nSo who can you expect to see? With three stages jam-packed with local artists, Waterfront have gone above and beyond this year. From Soul sensations HARLEIGHBLU <\/a>& ADY SUILEIMAN<\/a>,<\/strong> Folky favourites GEORGIE ROSE <\/a>& RYAN THOMAS<\/a><\/strong> to hardcore heavyweights FRESH EYES FOR THE DEAD GUY <\/a>& WHITE FINGER<\/a><\/strong>, this event is well and truly celebrating the rich diversity of Notts music. Chuck into the mix GREAT BRITISH WEATHER<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s Indie Funk, Urban heroes THE AFTERDARK MOVEMENT<\/a><\/strong> and the Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roll of THE SWIINES<\/a> <\/strong>and you have something pretty bloody special.
