An outrageously good\u00a0event this\u00a0<strong>Friday<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Saturday<\/strong> AND <strong>Sunday <\/strong>to celebrate all that is Great in Nottinghamshire\u2026food, drink, djs, arts, crafts and of course music all in aid of the Childrens Air Ambulance and Framework. Hosted in our very own market square, you&#8217;d have to have a pretty good reason to miss out on this event.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Boasting an absolutely mammoth lineup, this event will tickle the pickle of any music lover and caters too all your musical tastes. From everyone&#8217;s favorite pork byproduct, HAM at The Brickworks this <strong>Friday<\/strong> will be bringing you an exciting night of live music \u00a0from four of the creme of the Notts alt bands crop.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/childhoodband?directed_target_id=0\"><strong>CHILDHOOD<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Formed in our fair ol&#8217; city, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/childhoodband?directed_target_id=0\">CHILDHOOD<\/a><\/strong> will be headlining the night. Having toured with Palma Violets back in 2012, the four piece bring Brit Pop back with some nods to\u00a0\u00a0heady euphoria that wouldn&#8217;t sound out of place in 1969. Gleaming guitars, playful percussion and vocals that soar to almighty highs, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/childhoodband?directed_target_id=0\">CHILDHOOD<\/a> <\/strong>are the real deal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/kappagammamusic?directed_target_id=0\">KAPPA GAMMA<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Easily one of our top up-and-coming bands next.\u00a0Signed to local label\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/denizenrecordings\">Denizen Recordings<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/kappagammamusic?directed_target_id=0\">KAPPA GAMMA<\/a>&#8216;s<\/strong> complex, disjointed rock has notched up a hoard of dedicated supporters as well as securing national radio play along the way. Pioneers of &#8216;geography rock&#8217;, their\u00a0beautiful music reaches as many sweeping highs as it does mellow spine-tingling lows. Delicious.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/KagouleUK?directed_target_id=0\">KAGOULE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Easily one of the coolest bands we have going, Grunge prodigies <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/KagouleUK?directed_target_id=0\">KAGOULE<\/a><\/strong> are next. Their barrage of bass and harrowing vocals will leave you speechless, as you find yourself baring witness to three teenagers creating music that withers even the most hardened of gig goers.
