If you haven&#8217;t seen these blues rockers live yet, then you&#8217;re in for a treat. Showcasing their new labour of love in the form of their album \u2018Afterglow\u2019, expect some meaty guitars, ballsy bass and a vegetarian rhythm section? Yep these guys have as many massive riffs as they have quorn recipes, so if you want to find out there\u2019s only one place you need to be.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSupporting<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheFadeBand\"> THE FADE<\/a><\/strong> on their night of haunted rock is the equally overdriven <strong>WATERS EDGE<\/strong>, and the indie acoustic extraordinaire <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/twikkimusic\">GEORGE GADD<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nCheck the band&#8217;s <strong>Future Session<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nusic.org.uk\/wordpress\/the-fade-%E2%80%93-insane-sky-full-of-oranges-future-session-49-76\/\">HERE<\/a>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPrice: Free<br \/>\nDoors: 9pm<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>GIG TWO<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nComing to the <strong>Albert Hall<\/strong> on Friday this week we have <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheInvisibleOrchestra\">THE INVISIBLE ORCHESTRA<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s Grand Masquerade Ball, which promises to be a grandiose affair indeed. With their last two show\u2019s selling out well in advance, this 32 piece orchestra definitely know how to draw in a crowd with their colossal arrangements, combining elements from jazz and soul to arabic punk and more. And with a stack load of Nottingham bread musical geniuses, it\u2019s sure to be a spectacle to be admired.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThat\u2019s not to forget support from London&#8217;s <strong>City Shanty Band<\/strong> and the audio-visual Nottingham marvel that is <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.origamibiro.com\/\">ORIGAMIBIRO<\/a><\/strong>. These three gentlemen in particular marvel in themselves, combining traditional instruments with sounds conceived from mere household items together with visuals that create a beautiful creative atmosphere that you can\u2019t help but gawk at in wonder. Open a mere two months, this new caf\u00e9 is definitely worth a gander, and a night like this would be a brilliant time to do so.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nKicking it off are the delicate yet beautiful sounds of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CedricPetersMusic?fref=ts\">CEDRIC PETERS<\/a><\/strong>. Anyone lucky enough to catch this act live will know how captivating his performance is, a definite hidden gem in the local scene.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNext on the bill is the inspiring duo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HeavyHeads?fref=ts\">HEAVYHEADS<\/a><\/strong>. With one of the most charismatic stage presences and some lovingly crafted acoustic numbers to boot, these two young gentleman will most certainly grab your ears and eye\u2019s attention the moment they step on stage.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAnd to finish the night off we have the blues folk extraordinaire we all know and love, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/IamGeorgieRose\">GEORGIE ROSE<\/a><\/strong>. With the charm of Elvis and the flair of Stevie Nicks, it\u2019s understandable this young performer is creating such a buzz at the moment.
