Kicking off this weeks Top Three<\/a><\/strong>, we have a massive gig for two of Nottingham\u2019s top musical acts. It\u2019s at the Royal Concert Hall<\/a> <\/strong>this Tuesday\u00a0and it’s free. There will also be some free advice on getting into the music industry, in the form of a panel Q+A, chaired by BBC Radio Nottingham’s<\/strong> Mark Dennison<\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

NEW COMMUNICATION<\/a><\/strong> will be opening the night, fresh from a Future Session<\/a>, they\u2019ll be bringing big-band hip-hop energy unlike anything you\u2019ve ever heard before. They\u2019re definitely ones to watch out for, and we can\u2019t wait to see how they\u2019ll take advantage of the huge stage.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Straight from her stunning\u00a0Rescue Rooms<\/a><\/strong> comeback gig, NINA SMITH<\/a><\/strong> will be headlining the stage, bringing her new band with her to showcase her sensational new tracks and we\u2019re sure a few of the cherished old ones too. Nina\u2019s beautiful raspy vocals are sure to leave the 2500 capacity venue silent.<\/p>\n

Next up we have the sultry dark Soul of INDIANA<\/a><\/strong>. It’s been quite an 18 months since her first ever gig, in the Market Square for the Future Sound Of Nottingham<\/a><\/strong>. She\u2019s performing at The Bodega<\/a><\/strong> this Wednesday and considering she\u2019s back and forth between America recording her debut album, this may be your last chance to catch the raw emotion of the edgy popstress before she hits the big time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Her haunting vocals set an incomparable atmosphere, her lyrics tell stories of pain and heartache whereas her stage presence screams “I am ready for this”. She’s recently signed to Sony<\/strong>, so we can’t wait to see the direction she is taking her new material.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re after a good Friday night out, then look no further! IKE Productions<\/strong> are putting on one hell of a lineup over at The Bodega<\/strong>, and there are loads of great Nottingham artists to check out!<\/p>\n

We have KANE ASHMORE<\/a><\/strong> bringing his clever wordplay and sweet hooks, who is followed by The Vibe<\/strong>. Next up we have the chilled electro-indie vibes of LOOPHOLE PROJECT<\/a><\/strong>, before those familiar fellas NEW COMMUNICATION<\/a><\/strong> bring the party with their huge sound and hip-hop anthems. Finally JUST JAMES<\/a><\/strong> will be rounding off the night with their banging, almost indescribable fusion of genres.<\/p>\n
