The Acoustic Rooms<\/a><\/strong> Christmas party last year had plenty of upcoming Notts superstars such as SAINT RAYMOND<\/a><\/strong>, AMBER RUN<\/a><\/strong>, HARLEIGHBLU<\/a><\/strong> and GEORGIE ROSE<\/a><\/strong>, and the lineup this year is no different.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The energetic kinda punky vibes of SAM JONES<\/strong> <\/a>will be opening the night. After astounding the judges at the Future Sound of Nottingham<\/a><\/strong> contest earlier this year he landed the opening gig of Splendour<\/a><\/strong>, and he\u2019s only grown from there.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We\u2019ll have GEORGE HOLROYD<\/a><\/strong> taking to the stage with his soothing tones and intricate songwriting. As well as the beautiful harmonies of HEAVYHEADS<\/a><\/strong>, who have a knack for making soulful melodies that get stuck in your head for weeks on end.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

GALLERY 47\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> stunning vocals are up next, and are bound to send shivers all around the room. Molly & Jack<\/strong> from Lincoln <\/strong>will also be performing.\u00a0There are still plenty more acts to be announced, so make sure to keep your eye on the <\/span>Facebook page<\/a>, and maybe even watch out for some surprise guests!<\/span><\/p>\n

Phlexx<\/a> <\/strong>are putting on a\u00a0massive Christmas party down at The Maze<\/a> <\/strong>this Friday, \u00a0there\u2019s gonna be lots of great Notts acts taking to the stage, among plenty of other things to help get you into the festive mood!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the main stage we\u2019ve got THE AFTERDARK MOVEMENT<\/a><\/strong> bringing the party with their big-band hip-hop sound, while KANE ASHMORE<\/a><\/strong> will be taking to the main stage, to deliver some brilliant half-sung half-rapped tunes. NG64 are also doing something but they haven’t confirmed to us what yet!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the Under The Tree<\/a> <\/strong>stage you\u2019ll find that familiar fella GEORGE HOLROYD<\/a><\/strong>, who will be delivering his acclaimed singer-songwriter vibes before the amazing REBECCA KING<\/a><\/strong> takes to the stage to show off her ridiculous vocal range and catchy hooks. ROSANNA SMITH OBRIEN <\/strong>will also be performing; her angelic tones and beautiful voice are bound to leave you astounded.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The mysterious Careem<\/strong> and\u00a0Mike Howard, <\/strong>who even we haven’t heard of, will also be taking to the stage. So, lots of respect for to Under The Tree <\/strong>for offering brand new talent a great platform!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Over on the bar stage we\u2019ve got some chiilled-out hip-hop from the likes of\t EARLY BIRD<\/a><\/strong> and BEAT MASTA BILL<\/a> <\/strong>(whose EP we have absolutely been loving recently)\u00a0.<\/strong>They both make music a bit different to the acts on the other stages, and we look forward to seeing how they perform in a live environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Bodega<\/a><\/strong> has got two awesome gigs going off on the same night, so we thought we\u2019d give you a bit of a buy one get one free considering it\u2019s Christmas!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ADELPHIA<\/a><\/strong> are launching their latest EP \u201cFingers Burnt and Lessons Learnt<\/em>\u201d on Sunday 15th, so to celebrate they\u2019re playing a headline show upstairs on Thursday 19th. The boys’ edgy yet mature Alternative sound makes for a great show, and we can\u2019t wait to hear the new EP live, as well as a few old favourites!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Supporting, we have ADAM ZAREBA<\/a><\/strong>, a singer-songwriter with influences from many different genres. As well as THE SPANGLE CORPS<\/a><\/strong> who bring to the stage bouncy Pop Punk riffs, catchy choruses and eclectic breakdowns.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Downstairs, we have \u201cUnder The Christmas Tree<\/a><\/strong>\u201d, an eclectic mix of local artists helping to get you into that festive mood. We\u2019ll have some wise words from KANE ASHMORE<\/a>, <\/strong>some youthful yet intricate Indie Blues from TOM MCCARTNEY<\/a> <\/strong>and \u00a0there\u2019ll also be some beautiful acoustic numbers from JAMIE MOON<\/a><\/strong>. Molly & Jack<\/strong> from Lincoln\u00a0will also be performing.<\/p>\n
