This week sees the return of one of our favourite singer-songwriters, an EP launch and a rather notorious alternative festival!<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>GIG ONE<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nThis Tuesday, the amazing talent that is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nusic.org.uk\/wordpress\/future-session-18-48-%E2%80%93-georgie-rose\/\">GEORGIE ROSE<\/a><\/strong> will be headlining <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=134956583197101&#038;ref=ts&#038;fref=ts\">The Glee Club<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nFor those unfamiliar, Georgie is an incredible Singer-Songwriter who takes influence from some legendary songwriters such as Fleetwood Mac and Elvis Presley. We still have her solo performance on the Courtyard stage of last year\u2019s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=144486112281114\">Splendour<\/a><\/strong> festival fresh in memory, but on Tuesday Georgie will be showing a whole new side to her sound, with a full four piece band which we\u2019re sure will give one heck of a kick to her already punchy songs!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSupport on the night comes from Blues man of the moment <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nusic.org.uk\/wordpress\/future-session-23-53-ryan-thomas\/\">RYAN THOMAS<\/a><\/strong>. His latest EP \u2018<em>Worries and Troubles<\/em>\u2019 SMASHED the iTunes charts,  claiming the No.1 spot on the Blues chart. So, make sure to get on down, and you\u2019ll get to see some of these highly acclaimed Bluesy numbers in action!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nDoors: 7PM<br \/>\nTickets: \u00a35<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>GIG TWO<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nThis Wednesday, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=111644808873257\">The Bodega<\/a><\/strong> will play host to the soulful melodies and blissful chord progressions of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nusic.org.uk\/wordpress\/future-session-06-opie-deino\/\">OPIE DEINO<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe Multi-talented Singer-Songwriter will be celebrating the launch of her emotive and captivating \u2018<em>St Jude<\/em>\u2019 EP with what promises to be an unforgettable performance. Opie has a knack for making huge anthems, as well as some beautiful soft songs as well; and we cannot wait to see these new tracks in a live environment!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSupport on the night will come from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nusic.org.uk\/wordpress\/future-session-09-39-%E2%80%93-rob-green\/\">ROB GREEN<\/a><\/strong>, the soulful singer songwriter with some of the catchiest choruses you\u2019ll ever hear. With some stellar songwriting, and a voice that could read the Yellow Pages and still captivate, we\u2019re sure he\u2019ll put on one hell of a performance!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAlso playing on the night will be <strong>Molly &#038; Jack<\/strong> from Lincoln.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nDoors: 7PM<br \/>\nTickets: \u00a34<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>GIG THREE<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nAnd on Sunday of course, we have the infamous return of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hitthedeckfestival\">Hit The Deck Festival<\/a><\/strong>. As always you can expect a feast of the best Alternative music, and plenty of Nottingham acts too!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNow in its fourth year, we are expecting more madness and moshing than ever. Draped across <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ROCKCITYNOTTINGHAM\">Rock City<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=117066514990061\">Rescue Rooms<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/stealthnottingham\">Stealth<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheForumNottingham\">The Forum<\/a><\/strong>; Hit The Deck is fast becoming one of the premier indoor festival events in the UK. The carnage starts at 12pm sharp and goes on through till 11.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nExpect to be fist pumping to the sounds of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/aplasticrose?ref=br_tf\">A PLASTIC ROSE<\/a><\/strong>, bringing Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roll to the modern audience; and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nusic.org.uk\/wordpress\/adelphia-do-your-worst-only-time-will-tell-future-session-57-88\/\">ADELPHIA<\/a><\/strong> who have some incredibly unique vocals. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Baby.Godzilla.Bastard\">BABY GODZILLA<\/a><\/strong>, the Nottingham boys who are fresh off the Kerrang tour, and have just been featured in FHM, will be taking to the stage to give possibly the most mental performance of the day. There will also be the pop-rock flavours of Kerrang favourites <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Laceyofficialuk\">LACEY<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nBut its not all about the heavy Rock and Alternative.
