Joining in the lovefest will be Notts&#8217; <a href=\"\"><strong>SAMUEL J LAWRENCE<\/strong><\/a> &amp; <a href=\"\"><strong>JORDAN BETHANY<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s a proper good week for the Notts music scene this week. There\u2019s an EP launch at <\/span><b><a href=\"\">The Lofthouse<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and TWO headline shows at <\/span><b><a href=\"\">The Bodega<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GIG ONE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"\">RICHARD JENKINS<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is releasing his brand spanking new EP \u2018Fading Soldier\u2019 over at <\/span><b>The Lofthouse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You get a free copy of the EP if you go to the launch too. Taking his soulful voice with a <\/span><b>Paolo Nutini<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-esque rasp, Richard makes his own spin on Acoustic Folk. He writes story-telling lyrics from his life-experiences that you can really relate to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"\">GEORGE GADD<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be bringing along his \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shouty Folk Music with autobiographical lyrics\u201d to the evening. But his own description of his music really doesn\u2019t do him any justice. George actually makes Acoustic sounds infused with Folk that just sounds lovely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"\">KATE AUBURN<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has been gigging round Notts loads recently, from Open Mics to support slots. Kate was part of all-girl Acoustic Pop trio <\/span><b><a href=\"\">HEARTS<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before parting ways last year, but we hear there may be a comeback gig on the horizon?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"\">SMITH &amp; GROVES<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from over in Clifton are the final support. They\u2019ve released new music recently and it involves a harmonica and some gorgeous sounding harmonies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Lofthouse<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday 13th November<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 7:30pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets: \u00a36<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GIG TWO<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The adorable <\/span><b><a href=\"\">MOLLY &amp; JACK<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are headlining <\/span><b>The Bodega<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on Friday, if they can\u2019t put a smile on your face then you\u2019re a lost cause. The real life couple moved here from Lincoln last year especially for the Notts music scene and released their debut EP \u2018<em>Many a Moon<\/em>\u2019 in September. They make some exceptionally catchy melodies filled with beautiful harmonies that will make your heart melt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We&#8217;ve been told Nottingham support acts are to be confirmed shortly!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Bodega<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday 13th November<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 7pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets: \u00a35<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GIG THREE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"\">BITTER STRINGS<\/a><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be co-headlining at <\/span><b>The Bodega<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on Saturday. The always immaculately dressed four-piece take classic Rock\u2019n\u2019Roll with catchy Pop melodies and make a slick, refined sound. They\u2019ve grown a stage presence laced with Northern charisma after playing countless shows round Notts in the last few years including opening the Dot to Dot main stage at<strong> Rock City<\/strong>. Twice. <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>BITTER STRINGS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have just announced they\u2019ll be releasing their new single \u2018<em>Hollow<\/em>\u2019 on Wednesday so if you\u2019re still not convinced have a listen before you head down. They\u2019ll be sharing the co-headline spot with <\/span><b>Delamere<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Manchester.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"\">DECO<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are the Notts support of the night. The four piece mash up Alternative Indie with Electronic beats. They make some seriously catchy sounds that will get you dancing\/jumping\/awkwardly swaying around (delete as appropriate).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also supporting are <\/span><b>Carvell<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the South West.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Bodega<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saturday 14th November<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 6:30pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets: \u00a35<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>P.S.<\/b> <b><a href=\"\">ADY SULEIMAN<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is headlining <\/span><b>The Bodega<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on Sunday night but it\u2019s sold out so doesn\u2019t qualify for the T3.
