There\u2019s a single launch at <a href=\"\"><strong>Acoustic Rooms<\/strong><\/a>, a celebration of Notts at <a href=\"\"><strong>The Maze<\/strong><\/a> and some Folky goodness at <a href=\"\"><strong>Sobar<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>MONDAY<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not only is Monday International Whisky Day (get your glasses and cigars at the ready), it is also the launch of <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>ALICE ROBBINS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"\">\u2019<\/a> single \u2018<em>Hope is a Walking Dream<\/em>\u2019 at Acoustic Rooms. The West Bridgford gal, who you might know as <a href=\"\"><strong>SAL<\/strong><\/a>, has a voice that will send shivers down your spine. Good job you\u2019ll have that whisky to warm you up, ey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also catch <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>FRAZER QUINN<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> coming from Long Eaton. He\u2019ll be bringing you Indie Folky Blues, perfect to sip your Whisky to. You might have caught him play last week at <a href=\"\"><strong>CAMERON SINCLAIR HARRIS&#8217;<\/strong><\/a> EP launch. If you didn\u2019t, there are no excuses this time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also catch <\/span><b>Rory Cannon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Doncaster and <\/span><b>Dan Wright<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Leicester.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Rescue Rooms<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday 27th March<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Price: Free<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 4pm (First act on at 8.15pm)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>TUESDAY<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This week\u2019s <a href=\"\"><strong>Notts in a Nutshell<\/strong> <\/a>sees <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>WEEKEND ON MERCURY <\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">take to the <strong>Maze<\/strong> stage. The band formed in 2015, taking influence from everything 90s (although probs not the Spice Girls), expect some explosive energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also catch <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>CROOKED SMILE<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who will be celebrating their first gig in bloody ages! There\u2019ll be comedy, shorts, poets and visuals for you to discover.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alongside all of that, you can catch <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>PUTIN AND THE DOLPHIN<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As well as having possibly the best (and strangely thought-provoking) band name out there, the two best friends can harmonise like no other, only adding to the depth of their beaut lyrics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>THE EDI JOHNSTON BIT<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be playing some of his hilarious and clever songs, that are sure to give you a good giggle. He\u2019s got songs about Trump and making crucial life decisions using Rock Paper Scissors. And tea.
