His debut release on <strong>Naim Records<\/strong> brings together his two beautifully crafted EPs. \u2018<em>An Introduction to Failure<\/em>\u2019 will see your heartstrings delicately yanked out before falling neatly into the shape of a heart on the floor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>KETO<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be supporting Daudi. <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>KETO<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> released their debut EP this time last year, showcasing astonishing, hypnotic Lo-Fi Folk. Latest single <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Superstar\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is an enchanting display of vocalist Leah\u2019s talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>YAZMIN LACEY<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s incredible, soulful voice will be warming the crowd up for Daudi. Layers of Jazz run through Yazmin\u2019s sultry, smooth voice and make for an incredible performance that will leave your hairs standing on end. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jam Cafe<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thursday 25th May<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 7pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entry: \u00a35.50<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>FRIDAY<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>THE INVISIBLE ORCHESTRA<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">have managed to gather themselves all together (all 24 of them) so they can grace the stage of the <\/span><b>Masonic Hall<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Joined by incredible vocalists <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>HARLEIGHBLU<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>PERCYDRED <\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>CHAI LARDEN<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the orchestra uses a double bass, drum-kit, percussion and congas, an organ, piano, guitars, and a 10 piece horn section to create dirty Funk, Soul and Jazz. How bloody amazing are you? Dot to Dot is getting better and better every year with about 5702 Nottingham artists on the bill for this year\u2019s Dot to Dot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As much as I would love to tell you about how incredible every single act on the line up this Sunday is, we\u2019d all be dead by the time I\u2019d finished.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, here\u2019s just a sprinkle of artists playing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>ASHFIELDS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are opening the <\/span><b>Rock City<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> main stage of <\/span><b>Dot to Dot<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Alongside the incredible <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>AMBER RUN<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>ASHFIELDS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> boys are the only Nottingham act to be gracing the RC stage. After playing endless Bodega gigs and selling out their own Bodega headline show, <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>ASHFIELDS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are moving up the ranks to Rock City.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>BABE PUNCH<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are opening the SU stage at <\/span><b>NTU<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The female fronted 5 piece make grungey, punky Alternative Rock filled with punches. They\u2019ve had praise from <strong>Drenge<\/strong>, <strong>The Wytches<\/strong> and <strong>NME<\/strong>, they\u2019re definitely ones to watch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You might have seen <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>DO NOTHING<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s name in big letters on the local poster and thought \u2018who the hell are they?\u2019 Well fear not, this is no Derby intruder creeping onto the Nottingham stage. It\u2019s the reincarnation of <\/span><b>FIELD STUDIES<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and we are oh so excited to hear their new sound open the <\/span><b>Rescue Rooms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>UNKNOWN ERA<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are probably gonna struggle to cram themselves into <\/span><b>Baresca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, let alone their doubtlessly huge and raucous crowd. Insanely high energy performances to dance and rebel to, filled with Reggae, HipHop, Ska, Blues and oh so much more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Black Cherry Lounge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is headlined by <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>DECO<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s euphoric Indie Pop. <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>DECO <\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are playing two of the D2D dates, including a Manchester date. The band have been playing loads of shows around the country which can only have further perfected their already sleek sound.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve all been loving <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>BONE CULT<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at Nusic HQ and can\u2019t wait to see them play Stealth on Sunday. Calling their music \u2018death electronica\u2019 their live performances bring together distinctive masks and an impressive light show.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>EYRE LLEW<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be finishing off their three day run at D2D with a homecoming headline at <\/span><b>Spanky Van Dykes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Their breathtaking Ambient Rock is critically acclaimed by the likes of Daniel P Carter and Kerrang!. This is their first Notts show in a long while so doubtlessly, it will be jam-packed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Broadway<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stage will be blessed with the presence of <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>JOEL BAKER<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Joel\u2019s unmistakable voice, unique style and witty but emotion-filled lyrics are the reason he\u2019s signed to Virgin\/EMI. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>ALICE ROBBINS<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">released her debut single at the Acoustic Rooms in March and left us all in awe at its beauty whilst she gallivanted off to India. But we\u2019re being treated to two Alice performances at D2D, at <\/span><b>Wired<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and at <\/span><b>Rescue Rooms bar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>TWIN KIDD<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are gonna be smashing two performances. One at <\/span><b>Baresca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the other at <\/span><b>Stealth<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. If you\u2019re yet to hear the incredible talent of TK, expect blissful, euphoric Pop filled with beautiful soundscapes and an uplifting, ambient vocal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>KATIE COOPER<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is another artist doing two performances (maybe even three if she pops on stage with <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>HASHTAGOBI<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Katie makes beautiful Acoustic Pop with really catchy hooks. You can be caught by the hooks at both <\/span><b>Rescue Rooms Bar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Wax Bar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>CAMERON SINCLAIR HARRIS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be performing three bloody times and only has 25 minutes between his set at <\/span><b>Suede<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and his set at <\/span><b>Wired<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cameron says if you make it to all three sets you get a prize. He says debut EP Grey Matter will be played at <\/span><b>Suede<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, new stuff at <\/span><b>Wired<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and a Greatest Hits at <\/span><b>Ned Ludd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As well as hosting their own stage at Ned Ludd and DJing, <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>SHELTER POINT<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are playing <\/span><b>Rough Trade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Their electronic soundscape features ethereal, spacey sounds and a haunting falsetto. They cite their fans as Annie Mac, Huw Stephens and Zane Lowe and that\u2019s a trio that you really can\u2019t say no to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>SAME STREETS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be playing their first gig of 2017 and their only Nottingham show since their Jam Cafe set at Hockley Hustle. The band are headlining <\/span><b>Pepper Rocks <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for an up close and personal, intimate setting filled with Rock n Roll.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>THE VARLETTS<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> seemed to burst onto the Notts scene from nowhere late last year and have gone from strength to strength. Their song \u2018Accused of Effeminacy\u2019 was praised by their long time idols The Cribs after sending them the track on Twitter. Catch them headlining the <\/span><b>Filthy\u2019s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>YOUNG T &amp; BUGSEY<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are headlining <\/span><b>The Orange Tree<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stage. They\u2019re playing Wireless Festival, have millions of Youtube views and freaking Stormzy brought them on stage at Rock City.
