A showcase of new Notts talent at <strong>Jam Cafe<\/strong>, another gig at <strong>Jam Cafe<\/strong> with two Notts artists and an EP launch at <strong>Rough Trade<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WEDNESDAY<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s the <\/span><b>YMCA Digital<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Young Creatives Summer Showcase at <strong>Jam Cafe<\/strong> on Wednesday night. YMCA Digital do a whole ton in helping young Notts teenagers enhance their talents at their nightly creative sessions. Wednesday evening is a showcase of some of their fresh talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pop Punk band <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>HOMESICK<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are headlining the night. The five piece have taken it up a notch in their latest few releases, which are sounding huge. Acoustic singer-songwriter <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>LOUIS CROFT<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be performing his upbeat tracks. You\u2019ll be able to catch some of <\/span><b><a href=\"\">MK<\/a>&#8216;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s incredible tunes. The rapper\u2019s music ranges from Hip-Hop to Grime but will undoubtedly take your breathe away. <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>MOYEGE<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be bringing her World Pop, which takes on the topic of her struggles moving to Notts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will also be able to catch <\/span><b>Megan Upton<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>CB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Zara<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Ivy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as well as <\/span><b>Scribble Victory <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from Derbyshire and <\/span><b>Blistershax<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Derby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jam Cafe<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wednesday 26th July<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 6pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entry: Free<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>FRIDAY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Next Door Records are bringing two amazing Notts artists to <strong>Jam Cafe<\/strong> this Friday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><b>TWIN KIDD<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be bringing their gorgeous, euphoric Pop with a beautiful and powerful, ambient vocal with some delicately crafted electronic beats. Their track \u2018<em>Fade<\/em>\u2019 will stay in your head for days. It\u2019s gonna be their last gig in Notts for a little while so don\u2019t miss out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also catch <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>PRIME<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s insanely catchy Indie Rock that will infect your brain and refuse to leave it. Just listen to \u2018<em>Bye Bye<\/em>,\u2019 the lead track of their latest EP to know what I\u2019m on about.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jam Cafe<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday 28th July<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 8pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entry: Free<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>SUNDAY<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The incredible <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>KATIE COOPER<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is launching her debut EP at <strong>Rough Trade<\/strong> this Sunday. The lead single \u2018<em>Fading<\/em>\u2019 is a proper sultry, moody pop song with a beaut electronic undertone. We\u2019re looking forward to hearing some more beautifully produced recordings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support comes from, Punky Folk inspired singer songwriter <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>GEORGE GADD<\/b><\/a><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His \u2018<em>Better Shape\u2019<\/em> EP came out at the start of the year and takes proper emosh, heartfelt lyrics and makes them fantastically upbeat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artist and producer, Izaak Lowe also known as <\/span><a href=\"\"><b>GRAPEICECREAM<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">makes Hip-Hop inspired Electronica with an almost Jazz tone. \u2018Funk It Up\u2019 has a great groove to it whereas \u2018Autumn Leaves\u2019 has a proper Psychedelic feel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Rough Trade<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunday 30th July<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doors: 6pm<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entry: Free<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Yours in Love of New Music,<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Katie Beard x<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KATIE COOPER.
