Having just been the centrepiece of Noisey\u2019s mini-doc on the Notts Electronic scene (peep <\/span>HERE<\/b><\/a>), they\u2019re now bringing your three favourite things together (yes, even if you\u2019re a veggie), chicken, waffles, and <\/span>CONGI<\/b><\/a>. Yup, live minimal Electronic goodness from Notts own\u2019 <\/span>CONGI<\/b><\/a>, whilst you eat chicken and waffles. Literal dream. <\/span>TOE SZYSLAK<\/b> <\/a>brings some \u2018boogie-down badness\u2019 too. Nah, legit, what more could you ask for? <\/span><\/p>\n

Continuing the food related #content, at <\/span>Yarn Bar<\/b><\/a> (you know, that craft place that has just opened next to the Concert Hall), <\/span>JUGANAUT<\/b><\/a> is bringing some of Notts\u2019 finest wordsmiths together for \u2018Fresh Out the Oven\u2019. First up, its an open mic, so if you reckon you\u2019ve got some fire (haha, another oven related pun), then you can step up to the mic. If you\u2019re more of a \u2018I\u2019d rather appreciate other people’s fine wordings\u2019 kinda guy \/ gal, you\u2019ll be happy to know that both <\/span>TY HEALY<\/b><\/a>,<\/b> and <\/span>VANDAL SAVAGE<\/b><\/a> have slots this eve. Legendary lyricsists. Quirky venue. Gonna be a banger. <\/span><\/p>\n

Do you like guitars? Do you like big sing-songs with woah-ohs and melodies that will make you swoon all the way over to the merch desk? Well, <\/span>LACEY<\/b><\/a> have got a treat for you then! The Alt-Rock four piece are back at <\/span>Rescue Rooms<\/b><\/a> to bring you huge choruses, with a sprinkling of Pop-Punk, and lots and lots of guitars. Great guitars. So, why don\u2019t ya go and join them as they play that epic stage? No, serious, why? You have no excuse. Do it, now. Nice 1. <\/span><\/p>\n

Support comes from some of Notts finest fellow guitar poppers. <\/span>CUT THE HEROICS<\/b><\/a>, and <\/span>FOR THE GIRL<\/b><\/a>. Both bands that are bound to have ya singing their choruses at the top of your lungs in the shower. Probs pre-warn your neighbours now, yeah?<\/span><\/p>\n
