And it was as epic as it sounds.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>CROSA ROSA<\/strong><\/a> were awarded the &#8216;Emerging Artists Fund&#8217; from <strong>PRS Foundation<\/strong> and <strong>Pledge Music<\/strong> towards some saucy new tunes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>TEE PETERS<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"\"><strong>SUPER FURNITURE<\/strong><\/a> were both given their debut National radio play courtesy of John Kennedy on <strong>Radio X<\/strong>!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>HEX<\/strong><\/a> made it onto Vevo&#8217;s &#8216;2019 Artists to Watch List&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>YOUNG T AND BUGSEY<\/strong><\/a> had a good few months yano, <em>&#8216;Ay Caramba&#8217;<\/em> officially went silver (200k copies), they were added to <strong>MTV&#8217;<\/strong>s &#8216;Ones to Watch&#8217; list for 2019, plus &#8211; they sold out their headline Rescue Rooms show, making them the 11the local artist to do so since 2003.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>FEROCIOUS DOG<\/strong><\/a> score their\u00a0first iTunes Top 40 UK single with &#8216;<em>The Landscape Artist&#8217;.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><a href=\";fb_dtsg_ag=AQxJ1KG3DaemR0LhvUh9UZx5mMrPzZBwlANIii2cTVP-9w%3AAQy9I0JDf484KeL_BUaVtV9GFmousosHUIv_4QFQHzM53Q&amp;jazoest=27763\"><strong>LADBABY<\/strong><\/a>, scored the 2018 Christmas No.1 single, with his &#8216;We Built This City&#8217; cover, raising money for <strong>Trussell Trust.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>YAZMIN LACEY<\/strong><\/a> joined the growing list of Notts artists to receive &#8216;Momentum Funding&#8217; from<strong> PRS Foundation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\"><strong>WINDOW KID<\/strong><\/a> reached the official iTunes Top 20 (yeah, the main chart!) with &#8216;Ryan Air&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#SpreadTheLove<\/p>\n<p>x<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good vibes \/ success headlines from the Nottingham music scene over the past few months (that we know of), please drop us a line if we\u2019ve missed anything significant (our definition of significant is a first of national relevance) \u2013 nusic@leftlion.co.uk.
