Some stoic Folk-y goodness, a charity bonanza of Notts awesomeness, plus a sunny single launch. x<\/span><\/p>\n

WEDNESDAY<\/b><\/p>\n

The musical maestro \/ magician \/ ninja that is BENJAMIN ZIEC<\/strong><\/a> has yet another project to bless your weekend with. This time he\u2019s basically become a stoic Folk god, with a whole EP\u2019s worth of wisdom, in the form of BENJAMIN ZIEC AND THE RAREBREEDS<\/strong><\/a>. He\u2019s throwing a launch at the pretty swish Peggy\u2019s Skylight<\/a>,<\/strong> and its looking like a proper slick party.<\/span><\/p>\n

Supporting on the Notts tip is STACEY MCMULLEN<\/strong><\/a>. Another man that seems rather wise and shares it through some lovely Folk-y sounds. With a tip of Flamenco, obvs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Marco Woolf<\/strong> from Manchester is also supporting.<\/p>\n

Ya officially know its Summer when this happens. Waterfront Festival<\/strong><\/a> returns this Saturday, and promises to make this glorious heatwave even sexier. Three stages full of Nottingham music goodness, with all profits going to charity. This year – Forever Stars<\/strong><\/a> and Bras Not Bombs<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From the acoustic bliss of the outside stage (which lets face it, with a Castle Rock will be lavly), through to the sweaty (in the best way) Leftlion<\/strong><\/a> and Gigantic<\/strong><\/a> stages. There\u2019s always a bunch of \u2018Moments\u2019 at Waterfront. LOWRIE<\/strong><\/a> boshing out an emosh rave in 2016, through to TOWERS<\/strong><\/a> destroying the LL stage last year. Who\u2019ll gift us those moments this year? Lineup HERE<\/strong><\/a>, place your bets x<\/span><\/p>\n

Ya can also hear a live version on their Future Session <\/span>HERE<\/b><\/a>. Some would call that well thought out promo\u2026 😇<\/span><\/p>\n

Support comes from <\/span>MOON<\/b> and <\/span>POINTS OF VIEW<\/b><\/a>. The former making Shoe-Gazey-ish goodness with a Poppy shine, and the latter, the latest project of <\/span>CAMERON SINCLAIR HARRIS<\/b><\/a>, this time a lot more Punk-y, but still w\/ that indie sheen that we love Cam for.<\/span><\/p>\n
