There’s an awesome mish mash of gigs for you this week!<\/p>\n

First up is ACOUSTIC TOMBS<\/a><\/strong> at The Rescue Rooms<\/a> on Monday 31st October.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It’s an all female spooktacular at ACOUSTIC ROOMS<\/strong> for this Halloween Special!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n LEAH SANDERSON<\/strong> is up first with her lovely country-like voice and her sweet songs. Get down early to see her.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n BECKY LOVATT<\/a><\/strong> is on next who is best known for having a feather boa as her guitar strap. I wonder how she\u2019ll collaborate that into the fancy dress? Anyway, you\u2019ll love the emotion she puts into her songs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On next is ALEXA HAWKSWORTH<\/a><\/strong> who sings witty lyrics to make the whole room smile. She\u2019s got a right pair of lungs on her, her voice is amazing!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Next is our Future Session superstar OPIE DEINO<\/a><\/strong> making her big comeback to the place she used to work. I absolutely love \u00a0Opie, she\u2019s beautiful, she\u2019s funny and she writes amazing songs. Check out her mesmerising Future Session here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Tickets: FREE<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Doors: 8pm<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our next gig of the week is the GLASTONBUDGET AUDITION<\/a><\/strong> at The Maze<\/a> on Tuesday 1st November.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n RICHARD JONES & NAM STANTON<\/a><\/strong> are up first, keen to gig outside of Richard’s lounge, according to their Facebook. They play anything they feel like and take their influences from “Boobs and Geckos”. Nice.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Auditioning next are LESS THAN NOTHING<\/a><\/strong> who play chilled, easy-listening melodies. Another one of Notts’ alternative bands to look out for.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n HARDBACK FICTION<\/a><\/strong> will rock The Maze next. They’re like Nottinghamshire’s very own Queens Of The Stone Age…and that can’t be a bad thing.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE BYSTANDERS<\/a><\/strong> are also auditioning at this show. They came and did a Future Session with us a few months ago and we loved having them almost as much as they love our Future Sound of Nottingham winners! Check it out here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n EMILY AND THE MARTENS<\/a><\/strong> mix blues and soul together to perform a heart-warming set every time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Tickets: \u00a34<\/p>\n Doors: 7.30pm<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our final gig of the week is SOUNDDHISM<\/a><\/strong> at The Bodega Social<\/a> on Saturday 5th November.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Well done to the Sounddhism team because for Notts, this line up is absolutely BANGING.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n LOUIS SCOTT<\/a><\/strong>, an all-time fave at Nusic will warm us all up on a cold autumn night. His voice is undeniably hypnotic, he’s just so charasmatic.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n KIRK SPENCER<\/a><\/strong> will play with his full live band including MARITA MELIA on vocals. This set is definitely not one to miss.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Also HARLEIGHBLU<\/a><\/strong> will get the party rolling with her awesome live band.
