\nThis year’s Future Sound of Nottingham<\/strong> was the biggest ever, and I’d like to publicily thank the individuals who gave up their time, favoruite amp and in some cases cold hard cash to make it happen.
\n
\nIt takes a lot of people to give eleven musical acts the chance to live the dream and play the Market Square.
\n
\nIt takes a lot of people to give six musical acts the chance to live the dream and play the Rock City main stage!
\n
\nSo in no particular order (and apologies in advance to anyone I have missed out)
\n
\nNUSIC <\/strong>– Liz, Dani and Arry’s Film Dream Team of Jack, Beth, Blake and of course Jack’s Mum (who did all the driving, and there was a lot of driving)
\n
\nLEFTLION <\/strong>– Jared, Nish, Paul, Alan and FSN ‘Super-Correspondent’ Mary Pickford.
\n
\nSPLENDOUR <\/strong>– George, Andy, Cheryl and Katie.
\n
\nJULIE COTTON FOUNDATION (JCF)<\/strong> – Mark, Julie, Ben, Al, Kendal, Adam, Kev, Alan, Damian, Jasper, Simon and Danny.
\n
\nJUDGES <\/strong>– Round One judges’ Andy Wells, Mike Uwins and Paul K. Final judges Anton Lockwood, Craig Chettle, Jared Wilson, Mark Dennison, Phil McCauley and Simon Wilson.
\n
\nThank you also to all the musicians who entered and of course all of you who came down and supported them.
\n
\nIf we recover from the mayhem we’ll see ya next year.
