Head down to The Lacehouse this Tuesday night to see one of the winners of our October Spread The Love competition perform their first gig since 2009! Four-piece Indie Rock band PREFONTAINE are complimented by their slick harmonies and chorused vocals that are astonishingly impressive. They are guaranteed to prep you for the working week ahead.

Also supported by two great Nottingham acts, the first being MAGDALLA with their Bluesy Rock twist they’ll have you in great spirits, as you rock the night away! The second act to grace the stage will be one of Nottingham’s top music producers, who also happens to be an extremely talented live musician, find out why STEVE MCGILL is a regular on the music scene locally and further afield.

For a taste of something new, be sure to check out the new club night at The Maze. What better way to start off the weekend than indulging in two floors of music entertainment and living it up with some classic Rock n Roll?! Yes rockers, this Friday night is set to be a cracking night featuring live performances from FIELDS and H.M.S. Both bands will be performing a DJ set as well, spinning ’em decks playing the best in the Rock Punk genre.

Experience the great sounds of Pop Punk quartet HELLO TOMORROW too. This homegrown band will be performing original songs plus the odd track written by someone a bit more famous.

This Saturday night, three Nottingham artists have the amazing opportunity to support the up and coming talent that supported Peter Gabriel on tour! Rubbing shoulders with headliner Linnea Olsson will be Folk sensation GEORGIE ROSE. Noted as a one to watch, GEORGIE has impressed even the likes of Billy Bragg with her gorgeous Adele-esque vocals.

Also stepping to the stage will be Future Sound of Nottingham finalist JOE DANKS, spoiling us with his Folk-tinged Pop sound. Also accompanied with the sound of beautiful strings, he is a great act to enjoy live.

Drummer gone singer-songwriter BEN HAYNES, who has featured in a recent Nusic Future Session, will more than impress you with his engaging performance. Be sure to check him out at the Rescue Rooms.
