Bringing his soothing blend of folk and pop with his oh-so lovely vocals, JOSHUA KEOGH is set to stun. MARC BLOCK & THE BREEZES
If rich, folky goodness is what you’re after then MARC BLOCK & THE BREEZES are here to satisfy your cravings. This self-professed ‘Jaunty Acoustipop’ band mix original songs with well-known covers to give you that fun holiday feeling right here in Notts! Bringing together a huge range of instruments including a bodhran and a fiddle to complete their ‘earthy vibe’, MARC BLOCK & THE BREEZES provide folk filled fun.

FRANKIE RUDOLF
Our favourite acoustic prodigy, FRANKIE RUDOLF is an up-and-coming artist not to miss! Just a boy and his guitar, Frankie’s soft vocals, catchy choruses and punchy guitar have been winning over crowds across the board. The summer release of his EP ‘Heart on Fire’ is rocketing FRANKIE RUDOLF into the world of music and this is your chance to see what all the hype is about.

MARC REEVES
Hosting and performing this event, the incredibly talented MARC REEVES completes the bill. Following the release of his second album ‘Remember Me’ earlier this year, Marc’s introspective performances incorporate intimate acoustic songs and full band soulfulness. An established Notts staple who’s gaining some national love too, MARC REEVES will win your heart.

Brimming with passion, PARKS will be treating you to an uplifting performance filled with engrossing harmonies, ‘melodic bass and dirty electric guitars’. PARKS wowed the crowd at this year’s Dot to Dot Festival and will no doubt continue to hook the audience with their intoxicating melodies here. Be sure to catch their set!

JOHNNY SLIM AND THE SLIMTONES
With a combination of traditional blues and funky jazz to tickle your fancies, JOHNNY SLIM has what it takes to brighten the room with his graceful folk. Taking influences from the likes of The Beatles and Tom Waits, his bluesy vocals and folk-fuelled guitar give him his distinctive sound. Taking folk to the next level, JOHNNY SLIM delivers good ‘ol country with and a modern twist. Yee ha!

RYAN THOMAS
The guy that we can’t get enough of over at Nusic HQ, RYAN THOMAS is the final act on the bill. Taking influences from the likes of Bob Dylan and Seasick Steve, Ryan delivers twangy riffs, woeful lyrics and a beyond distinctive vocal that’s completely addictive. LET’S GET READY TO RUUUMMMMBLEEE! Yes, get your best spandex at the ready and prepare to go all nineties gladiator as it’s time for Kerblammo Round 6 this Friday! Offering an insanely good lineup, a massive 18 acts will be spread across three stages at The Maze, and all this can be yours for just £3.50.

Instrumental trio LiMn from Derby will be on at half 8.

LONG DEAD SIGNAL
Future Sound of Nottingham 2010 champs LONG DEAD SIGNAL will be on at 9.15. Fusing intricate guitars, distorted vocals and piercing harmonies, LDS deliver atmospheric, post-rock goodness with a whole dollop of energy. A sensational act who’ve earned comparisons to the likes of Muse, LONG DEAD SIGNAL are well worth seeing live.

GREAT BRITISH WEATHER
Throwing some funk into the mix we have GREAT BRITISH WEATHER. With catchy riffs, syncopated drums and gritty vocals, their groovy bass lines and immense build ups are sure to shake the stage and raise the roof. Prepare yourself for electronic madhouse JUST JAMES. Their booty-shaking bass lines, intoxicating hooks and funk-fuelled vibes are all served up with a mass of energy that will hit you like a bulldozer, making standing still virtually impossible. STATIC KILL
Kick starting the upstairs festivities are Punk outfit STATIC KILL. Since their drunken formation back in 2011, the trio have been rapidly climbing the local ladder, notching up impressive support slots and fans along the way. All the anarchistic passion of Punk with some Reggae beats and a dash of acoustic simplicity, STATIC KILL are a force not to be missed.

BAND OF JACKALS
Alt-rock foursome BAND OF JACKALS will be taking stage at ten. Alt-rock drenched in Bluesy twists, their recipe of raw riffs, infectious melodies and intense showmanship is seeing BAND OF JACKALS take the Notts scene by storm. The only players of ‘inner-city desert rock’ we know, keep an eye out for a cheeky Future Session with the boys coming your way soon.

HER MAJESTY’S SERVICE
Newbies to the Notts scene and up next are HER MAJESTY’S SERIVCE. Whilst we cannot confirm that they are not in fact recent prison releasees, we can state that their Indie driven rock will be the perfect fit for this event. Catch Nottingham’s young Indie offenders at 10.45.

WHISKY STAIN
Living in London but born in Nottingham, WHISKY STAIN close the upstairs stage in style. Slick and stylish Blues infused Indie, their tracks range from soulful acoustic ballads to big bass-driven anthems. Top this off with punchy choruses and gritty vocals and there you have it, WHISKY STAIN’s recipe for the perfect gig.

FOREST TAVERN

AGGRESSIVE BEN
Despite what his name may suggest, AGGRESSIVE BEN ’s cheery tunes will be just the tonic for this autumnal chill. Combining gentle vocals, twee ukulele and a whole lot of charisma, Ben Davies will have you unknowing smiling from ear to ear. Here to bring some sunshine and make the ukulele cool, catch AGGRESSIVE BEN at 8.45.

BB KEYS
Beatboxer LEE TABIX will be joining forces with an impressive young bluesman to give you something very special indeed! Don’t miss out on this elusive treat.

West-country singer-songwriter Will Miles will be playing at 10.15. Oo-aye.

ELIAS DIAMANTIS
Something completely unique next, ELIAS DIAMANTIS will be on at 11. Just him, his ukulele and one heck of a soulful voice, his bluesy tunes and skanking moves will have you gently bopping in no time. A homegrown talent that Sheffield is trying to steal from us, catch ELIAS DIAMANTIS before the Northerners get their way.

GEORGIE ROSE
A girl who’s on a runaway train of success, folky fave GEORGIE ROSE will be on at 11.45. Beautifully crafted Acoustic Folk, her silky vocals and haunting performances are utterly captivating and having played Camden Roundhouse this summer as well as Hyde Park for an Olympic event , it seems the rest of the UK are catching up with Notts and falling under Georgie’s spell. LIAM O’KANE
Penultimate act of the stage and one fifth of Notts band JIMMY THE SQUIRREL, LIAM O’KANE is up next. Playing stripped back Acoustic Ska with touches of Folk and Reggae, Liam’s impossibly infectious tunes and tight harmonies will lift the party atmosphere even higher. Fresh, funky and incredibly fun, catch Liam’s set at half 12.

G (from THE DAMN HEAVY)
Treating us to a very special solo set, G from THE DAMN HEAVY will be getting down and dirty as the final act of the night. Gritty blues and bags of charisma, his set is sure to end your night in soul-filled style.
